Cancellation Policy

By completing this registration, you agree to Legacy Institute’s policies, including: Court Acceptance If you are taking this course for a court requirement, you confirm that you have verified your court or judge accepts Legacy Institute’s live Zoom course. Legacy Institute cannot guarantee court acceptance. Attendance, Camera, and Classroom Conduct You must keep your camera on and remain visible for the entire course. Remain seated upright and wear appropriate clothing suitable for a classroom setting. Reclining, lying down, driving, traveling, working, or leaving the session is not permitted. Identification and Course Materials A valid government-issued photo ID and the official National Safety Council workbook are required. You must show both on camera during check-in. Equipment and Check-In A laptop or desktop computer with a working camera and microphone is required. Join from a quiet location and log in 10–15 minutes early. Arrivals more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be admitted. Refund and Cancellation Policy All registrations are final and nonrefundable. Technical Difficulties No refunds are provided for internet connection issues, device failure, or inability to access Zoom. Please test your equipment before class and contact Legacy Institute immediately if you experience technical difficulties. Rescheduling Policy One-time rescheduling is permitted when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time. Requests made within 48 hours of class and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
