Cancellation Policy

By completing this registration, you agree to Legacy Institute’s policies, including: • Court Acceptance Policy: Registration confirms you have verified your specific court or judge accepts a live Zoom format. Legacy Institute is not responsible if a local court denies your certificate due to the virtual format. • Attendance and Camera Requirements: Students must remain visible on camera for the full duration of the course. • Government‑Issued ID & Course Material Verification: A valid government‑issued ID and the official NSC workbook are required for participation. • Refund & Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only available before course materials are shipped. Once materials have been shipped, a cost applies to the student, and refunds are no longer available. • Technical Difficulties: No refunds are provided for connectivity issues, device problems, or inability to access Zoom. Please test your equipment before class. • Rescheduling Policy: One-time rescheduling is allowed with 48‑hour notice before your scheduled class. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling.
